the progress for our thermal paper slitting machine
20 years ago, our boss started to produce the thermal paper slitting machine, firstly our factory is one very small workshop, only our boss and one engineer, the machine we produced is the very simple semi automatic thermal paper slitting machine.
in 2001 year, we design one thermal paper slitting machine with the autoamtic inserting system to be instead of paper inserting the papers.
in 2008 year, our engineer improve our thermal paper slitting machine with the pneumatic loading system to be instead of the chain loading system, more automatic and can be load more heavy jumbo paper rolls.
in 2014 year, our engineer design one automatic core inserting system to be instead of operator to insert the paper cores by hands. it can save more labour and the machine more automatic.
now, this year, our factory plan to design the complete automatic thermal paper slitting machine line, from load the jumbo paper roll into packed small thermal paper rolls, all of the process will be completed automatically by machine, this is the complete new design and new creation.
